Evelyn Lemly, Chief Executive Officer,
Evelyn Lemly is the CEO of Kairos Prison Ministry International, where she has been a catalyst for positive change since January 2013. Evelyn embraces a vison and makes it reality through her sound decision making. She is an inspirational leader respected for her incredible work ethic and integrity. Evelyn earns a seat at the table wherever she serves.

Under her leadership the ministry currently serves in nearly 500 institutions and communities throughout the world sharing God's love and forgiveness to those affected by incarceration.
Evelyn's experience spans the corporate and nonprofit ministry sectors in areas of executive leadership, strategic planning, program and business development, fundraising, marketing and communications including brand innovation, creative development and media relations. Her passion for the ministry is demonstrated by her tireless work on behalf of men, women, youth and their families affected by incarceration. She serves on the advisory board of Correctional Ministries and Chaplain Association and the advisory board of The Institute for Prison Ministries, a department of the Billy Graham Center for Evangelism at Wheaton College. She participates and hosts the Fourth Day Ministries annual forum and also serves as Secretary on the Executive committee of COPE, the Coalition of Prison Evangelist. She is a supportive and active leader in her church.

Evelyn earned her Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University and her MBA from Columbia Business School at Columbia University in New York.

Becky Dotson, Chief Operating Officer,
Becky was born and raised in the Mississippi Delta. She worked on behalf of abused and neglected children serving as the CEO of the United Methodist Children's Home of Mississippi. After relocating to Florida in May of 2013, she continued working with the United Methodist Children's Home as CEO in Enterprise FL. Becky has over 20 years of experience working in the nonprofit industry. She received her Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from Belhaven University and in 2005 was selected as one of the top 50 leading business women in the state of Mississippi. Along with her leadership and extensive fundraising experience, she brings a vast knowledge in finance and accounting to the Kairos position. Becky lives in DeBary, FL with her son Ryan.

Craig Combs, Men's Ministries Coordinator,
Craig was born in Lebanon, Indiana and attended Indiana University in Bloomington, receiving a BS in Microbiology and a Masters in Health Administration. His family moved to Florida and he stayed behind and worked in the Finance Office of the Indiana University School of Optometry for 22 years. He served in the local Emmaus & Chrysalis Communities for about 10 years, which led to serving on his first Kairos team in 2007. Since then he has served on two Advisory Councils, been an Ad Hoc member of the State Committee, led a Kairos Weekend, and been an AKT trainer from 2012 until 2017. He has been actively involved in Community Bible Study as a Teaching Director, as well as serving as an Assistant Teaching Director for an In Prison and Beyond Community Bible Study class in Plainfield, Indiana.

Gina Brockmeyer, Women's Ministries Coordinator,
Gina was born in Annapolis, Maryland, but was raised all over the country as the daughter of a United States Marine. She attended college in North Carolina where she received a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science and graduated with a certificate in Adoption from the Rutgers University School of Social Work. For the past 23 years she has worked as an International Programs Director and Domestic Adoption Coordinator for an adoption agency in Pennsylvania. She and her husband have six grown children, all adopted from Russia, and two granddaughters. She has been a Kairos volunteer for the past 7 years. She served on both Kairos Inside and Kairos Outside Weekends, was a member of the Advisory Council for the Maryland Correctional Institute for Women, and most recently served as the State Committee Chairman for Maryland Kairos.

Kevin Resnover, Youth Ministries Coordinator,
Kevin is a native of Indiana and attended grade school through college in Indianapolis. Before moving to Florida in August of 2005, he worked in city government for 25 years in the positions of Assistant Director/Youth Program Counselor for the Summer Youth Work Program, District Superintendent for DPW/DOT, Affirmative Action Manager, Special Projects Manager and Contract Manager. He served as the Executive Director of Mentoring With A Mission, Inc., is an ordained minister and has served as a Youth Pastor and Pastor of Worship. Kevin has also served on various non-profit boards.

Julie Collins, National Controller,
Julie was born and raised in Southern New Hampshire and lived in all the Northern New England states until she moved to Suffern, NY, to attend The Salvation Army College for Officer Training. Upon graduating and commissioning, she was appointed to Northwest Ohio where she served as pastor to a small church in North Baltimore, planted a coffeehouse ministry in Bowling Green, and administered the Adopt-A-Family program in Toledo. After the birth of her first daughter, she became a Family Teacher (houseparent) at Thornwell Home for Children in Clinton, SC. She resided with 8 teenage girls and later worked with at-risk boys in Simpsonville. After the birth of her second daughter, she moved to Central Florida. She worked in churches as the business administrator and for private creative agencies as the accountant. Her passion for administration, integrity, and excellence directed her to complete her B.S. in Business Administration concentrating in Accounting. She resides in Central Florida with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys laughter and music with her family and visiting relatives in New England and Texas.

Diane Harris, Marketing Communications Specialist,
Diane was born in Patuxent River, Maryland and moved to Virginia Beach, Virginia in her early teens. She attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Public Relations. Diane has spent the last 20 years working as a Marketing and Communications Professional. She attends LifePoint Christian Church in Longwood, FL. She enjoys outdoor activities, specifically running, and has completed 8 marathons, 9 half marathons, and over 150 other races including obstacle course races. She also enjoys healthy cooking, travel, reading, meditation, and spending time with friends. She is newly married as of September 2017, and resides in Central Florida with her husband, Justin; italian greyhound, Raisy; and newly adopted pitbull-terrier mix, Sonny.

Tammy Jones, Executive Administrative Assistant,
Tammy was born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas and moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 1995. She attended the College of the Bahamas where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Tammy was previously employed with the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, Learn to Read Jacksonville, and as the Director of Corporate Relations & Events at the headquarters of Community Connections of Jacksonville, which also houses homeless women and children. Along with her extensive experience and her volunteer management certification in the nonprofit industry, she has also earned the title of “Silent Auction Guru”.
Tammy enjoys traveling, cooking Bahamian cuisine, volunteering with disabled adults and children, relaxing and meditating near water views, and enjoying quality time with her three beautiful children. She currently resides in Sanford, Florida.

Terri Wheeler, Bookkeeper,
Terri was born and raised in Northwest Missouri where she designed, built and operated a preschool and childcare center which housed the first classroom monitoring system in the state. She received her education at Missouri Western University. Terri later worked for Community Action Partnerships (CAP) as a home visitor for Head Start educating and providing services to families in poverty. Before moving to Florida with her husband Tim, she was a Senior Payroll Specialist with the Saint Luke's Health System in Missouri. Terri has been employed as a part time bookkeeper with the International Office for the past year and has recently accepted the position of full time bookkeeper. Terri and Tim have 6 grown children and 8 grandchildren and now reside in DeBary, Florida.

Janet Santiago, Administrative Assistant,
Janet and her family moved to Florida in 2004 from Philadelphia, PA. She has been married for 19 years. Together, they have seven children and seven grandchildren. Janet earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business with a concentration in Human Resources Management (BSB/HRM). An entrepreneur at heart, she opened up Family Promotions, Inc., a Marketing and Promotion firm (2004-2008). There, she started Central Florida Community Outreach Toys with the D.A.R.E. America program and Arnold Palmer Hospital & Central Florida Toys for Tots with the U.S. Marines collecting toys for underprivileged and sick children in Central Florida. The program has collected over 100,000 toys which are given to schools, hospitals, churches, police departments, family services and women's shelters. She began to have a heart for nonprofit and ministry work which led her to Kairos. She is a Kairos volunteer, having served Kairos Inside - Women (Lowell) and Central Florida Kairos Torch – OYA, as well as, having served on the council for several years as the Agape Coordinator then a Financial Secretary.

Monika Hesse, Administrative Assistant,
Monika was born and raised in the Hudson River Valley area of New York and moved to Florida shortly after high school. She has worked as an Executive Assistant for many years, most recently at Ligonier Ministries and has a strong background in HR. She also worked for Digital Equipment Corporation where she developed a love of working with computers. She joined Kairos Prison Ministry in March of 2016. Monika loves animals, and volunteers with animal rescue efforts in her neighborhood. She lives in Deltona, has a grown daughter, a grandson, and a Pekingese dog named Bailey.

Jan Hunter, Administrative Assistant,
Jan grew up in Tennessee and moved to Southern California in high school. She has worked in administrative roles at Ligonier Ministries and Campus Crusade for Christ. Previously, she served missionaries, in a hospitality and childcare role, with Church Resource Ministries in Vienna, Austria. She lives in Deltona with her husband, of 10 years, and came to Kairos Prison Ministry in March 2016. She has four children, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, and a dog named Buster.
